Japanese Food
For prepare japanese food is interesting.Japanese people clever to prepare that and if someone see that food, wants to eat. They serve food by model but look like real. Somepeople says model with "clay". But for indonesian people, some japanese food not tasty. I call not tasty, cause sometime no taste. Sometime, have taste but only put soyu, like Indonesian souce bean but salty. If eat sushi ( few rice with upside put raw fish) or sashimi (raw fish), taste only from soyu, wasabi (green souce but if eat strong for nose) and ginger. And you know, japanese people doesnot use many oil like fry. Cause they know its not good for their body. In Indonesia, this is opposite. Indonesia people like spice, hot and need many oil or coconut milk. In Japan, they like fish, specially raw fish and vegetable. In Japan, fish is expensive than meat (in Indonesia, this is opposite). Sometime I see in Japan television, they are fishing and after get fish, they cut fish become slice and eat with soyu.
Gioza from Utsunomiya is very famous in Japan. Gioza, look like food from China. Indonesia people always call siomay. Inside gioza, sometime put meat or fish. But in japan, inside always put pork taste. Cause I cannot eat gioza from bought, I make gioza myself.
Misoshiru, the kind of sup. That spice make from miso (soy bean mix until soft then make fermentation) and put tofu and vegetable. It delicious when prepared hot.
